DOH-Monroe encourages local families to apply for the Swimming Lesson Voucher Program, which has been expanded this year to provide free swimming lessons to eligible Florida children ages 1 to 7. Monroe County has received twice as many vouchers this year, creating additional opportunities for local children to participate.
