DOH-Monroe Temporarily Relocates
Office of Vital Statistics to the Lester Building

Monroe County, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health in Monroe County (DOH-Monroe) will temporarily relocate its Office of Vital Statistics, which handles birth and death records, effective immediately to the following location:
The Office of Vital Statistics is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a lunch closure from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For assistance with birth and death records, please call 305-676-3840.
