Community Health Improvement Plan Focus Groups

Monroe County, Fla. – Residents of Monroe County, FL, are invited to seize the opportunity to influence the health of their community by participating in one of three upcoming one-hour focus group sessions hosted by the Florida Department of Health in Monroe County. These sessions mark the next critical step in shaping the Community Health Improvement Plan following the ongoing "Well-Being Survey," closing on May 15. By registering for these sessions which will take place via Zoom, residents can directly contribute to enhancing the well-being of Monroe County.
