Retirement Celebration March 7 for Health Department Administrator

(Monroe County, Fla) – The Florida Department of Health in Monroe County invites community partners and residents to attend the retirement celebration of our much appreciated and beloved, Health Officer and Administrator, Bob Eadie, on Tuesday, March 7 from 2pm to 6pm at the Gato Building at 1100 Simonton St., Key West.

Mr. Eadie has been an integral part of the department for over 16 years, including leading the organization through multiple public health outbreaks, including two dengue outbreaks, H1N1, New World Screwworm, and the COVID-19 pandemic.  His contributions will always be valued and remembered.  Key West will still be his home.  The department encourages the Florida Keys community to join them and show appreciation to Mr. Eadie for his commitment and dedication to public health at this event.  All community members are invited to attend.
