LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT DIETICIAN LISA RAUM TO GIVE COOKING DEMONSTRATION AT SOS CALLAHAN COMMUNITY KITCHEN IN KEY WEST ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21

(Monroe County, Fla.) — The Florida Department of Health in Monroe County (DOH-Monroe) is pleased to announce that it’s local staff member Lisa Raum, MS, RSN, LDN will be leading a cooking demonstration at SOS Callahan Community Kitchen at 1020 United Street in Key West on Tuesday, February 21^st from 6:00-7:00PM.

The class is being held to honor American Heart Month.  Lisa Raum will demonstrate how to prepare a beans and greens stew and carrot cake breakfast bites using items in your pantry.  While she is leading the class Lisa will also share the benefits that these ingredients bring to the recipe.
